At Barber Theory, we strive for customer satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, please review our refund policy below.
1. Service Refunds
We do not offer refunds for completed barbering services. However, if you are dissatisfied with your haircut or service, please let us know within 7 days, and we will do our best to make it right.
2. Product Refunds & Returns
Eligibility: To be eligible for a refund or exchange, products must be unused, in their original packaging, and returned within 7 days of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items: Due to hygiene reasons, certain products (such as grooming tools, opened hair products, or personal care items) cannot be returned.
Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order confirmation is required for all returns.
3. Refund Process
For Services: If a refund is approved under exceptional circumstances, it will be processed via the original payment method.
For Products: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.
4. Exchanges
If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days, and we will arrange a replacement.
5. Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
