We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or reschedules. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a fee.

 

2. Payment & Pricing

Prices for our services are listed on our website and in-store. They are subject to change without prior notice.

Payments can be made via cash, card, or other accepted payment methods.

 

3. Refunds & Satisfaction Guarantee

We aim for complete customer satisfaction. If you are unhappy with your service, let us know within 7 days, and we’ll work to resolve the issue.

Refunds are not typically offered but may be considered in exceptional cases at our discretion.

 

4. Conduct & Right to Refuse Service

We maintain a respectful and professional environment. Any inappropriate behavior towards staff or other clients will not be tolerated.

Barber Theory reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who violates our policies.

 

5. Liability & Personal Belongings

We are not responsible for any personal items lost or damaged on our premises.

While we take all necessary precautions, Barber Theory is not liable for any adverse reactions or outcomes from our services unless due to proven negligence.
